Filling Your Sales Funnel

 

This is the first in a series of three micro-seminars on sales (Filling the Funnel, Networking, and Winning).  Each micro-seminar stands alone.

 

While targeted to small business owners, entrepreneurs, and "accidental salespeople," more experienced sales professionals and sales managers have found this a useful, insightful review and a chance to pick up a few new ideas from other participants.


In two hours, you’ll get a solid introduction to the first part of selling, including how to

  • find your target market(s), 
  • reach them, and get your message right
  • tell a "suspect" from a "prospect" 
  • fundamentals of cold-calling, networking, and referrals,
  • build referrals and “Centers of Influence,”
  • select a smart approach -- and then improve it,
  • do sales planning to honestly predict sales results, and 
  • track the connection between your activity and your results.

 

And, of course, there will be time for networking before and after the session.
